1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and lucky99a ("lucky99a", "we", "us", "the Platform"). 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lucky99a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the Cashier page at the time of the transaction.

• Minimum deposit: RM 10, subject to individual payment method limits.
• Currency: All transactions on lucky99a are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). lucky99a is not liable for exchange rate losses arising from multi-currency bank accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. lucky99a reserves the right to request supporting documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
• lucky99a does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The deposit method must be registered in the same name as the lucky99a account holder.
• lucky99a reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, delay processing pending verification, or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

All deposits are immediately credited to the account balance upon confirmation by the payment provider. Estimated processing times are indicative only and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or system maintenance.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lucky99a may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible accounts. All promotions are subject to specific terms displayed on the Promotion page, which supersede these general Terms where they conflict.

• Bonuses are issued at lucky99a's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• lucky99a reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or system exploitation is identified.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned between accounts under any circumstances.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lucky99a and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the lucky99a platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audiovisual elements, and the lucky99a brand identity — is the property of lucky99a or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use lucky99a for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any lucky99a content without prior written authorisation from lucky99a.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucky99a, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds or winnings arising from service interruptions, system downtime, network failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
